These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Lulumone ("we", "us", "our") and you ("User" or "you") regarding your access to and use of the services, products, and information provided through Lulumone Cross-Border Store (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

1. Scope of Services

The Services encompass, but are not limited to, displaying product information, facilitating order placement, coordinating payment processing, arranging cross-border shipping, and providing after-sales support for products sold via our cross-border store. We reserve the right to modify or expand the scope of Services at our discretion, with material changes notified to you through reasonable channels (e.g., store announcements, email).

2. User Obligations

You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information (including but not limited to full name, shipping address, and contact details) when using the Services, and to promptly update such information if it changes to ensure service continuity.

You shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction and the destination country/region for your order. You may not use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to placing fake orders or misappropriating others' information.

If you register an account to use the Services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You shall be liable for all activities conducted under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

3. Order and Payment

By submitting an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the product details, pricing, shipping costs, and other relevant terms associated with that order. An order shall be deemed confirmed and legally binding once we send you an order confirmation email, subject to successful payment.

You must complete payment using the designated payment methods within the specified timeframe. We reserve the right to cancel your order without prior notice if payment is not received within the required period or if the payment is deemed invalid (e.g., chargeback, insufficient funds).

All product prices are displayed in the specified currency and exclude customs duties, import taxes, and other additional fees that may be imposed by the destination country/region. Such fees shall be borne by you, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product or order terms.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping will be arranged through our partnered logistics providers. Estimated delivery times are for reference only; actual delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs clearance procedures, adverse weather conditions, or logistics disruptions. We will provide you with a tracking number to monitor the shipment status.

You agree to cooperate with the logistics provider to accept delivery of the goods. If you refuse delivery without just cause, or if delivery fails due to incorrect or outdated information provided by you, you shall be responsible for all resulting costs, including but not limited to return shipping fees and storage charges.

5. Returns and Refunds

You may request a return and refund within 7 calendar days of receiving the goods if the product is defective, damaged, or does not match the product description. To initiate a return, you must provide supporting evidence (e.g., photos, videos) and ensure the product is in its original condition (unused, unaltered, and with all original packaging and tags intact).

Returns requested for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size selection) are subject to our separate Return Policy. For such returns, you may be required to cover return shipping fees, customs duties, and other associated costs.

Once we receive and verify the returned goods, we will process your refund within 3 - 5 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the order; the time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Disclaimer

We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising from: (1) Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, civil unrest, or changes in government policies; (2) Failures or delays in third - party services, such as payment processors, logistics providers, or internet service providers; (3) Your own negligence, including but not limited to providing inaccurate information, failing to secure your account, or ignoring service notifications.

We use reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of product information displayed on the store. However, we do not warrant that all information is error - free, and the actual product shall take precedence in the event of any discrepancy between the displayed information and the physical product.

7. Changes and Termination

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in laws or business practices. The updated Terms will be posted on our store with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately if you materially breach these Terms. You may terminate your use of the Services at any time, but you shall remain liable for any outstanding obligations, including payment for unfulfilled orders, prior to termination.
